Today I ran 6 miles. It felt good. Getting excited for track season. Crossing my fingers that I continue to stay healthy.
Today was a good workout. I did three by one mile. feeling good. I want to be able to come back stronger than ever.

I am holding strong at 6 miles a day. It feels good and I can't wait to start running fast.

I ran 7 miles today. The snow was wet!!! Crazy right?! But it was fun. I can't wait to get out there tomorrow!
